SA EMS = Extremely Monotone Service

I need to get really important documents delivered on time by the end of the month. According to the tracking everything went fine until the mail reached JIMC. I don't know what's going on there but apparently it was held by customs for more than a week now it's displaying a status that it has left customs but it is still somewhere in JIMC. If I had known how unreliable the SA post was I would have used a more expensive but reliable courier option. I still use EMS in my own country which is very fast but I guess I'll avoid the useless SA EMS.
