Poor service

What a poor service I have recieved, my parcel came 3 days I go and it was delivered to the Post office Richard's Bay, when I collect my parcel, it very damaged, was also shocked how come a fragile item was not have a warning, and the packaging was poor, not I am trying to get them back to return this parcel or maybe explain to me the was forward, even the guy that sent my parcel does not pick it up, thousands of emails with no resoond
