PARCEL WORTH 250k GIVEN TO A WRONG PERSON

My husband shipped items from the USA, they were delivered to South Africa. when we went to pick up the parcel he was told that someone came to pick it up, this came as a shock to because we did not give anyone our tracking number and when we asked her to give us the details of the person that picked up our parcel the lady refused to provide us with a name. As it stands we lost 250 thousand rands worth of goods because of this company.
