Parcel still at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

<p>I have a parcel with tracking number HJ ********** 44US which has been stuck at the Johannesburg International Mail Center since 21Feb17. The parcel has already been through customs, why is it stuck at the hub??? I have sent email to query this and seek advice as to how I can speed up the process and collect my parcel but emails go unresponded to, nor are the phone numbers listed on the EMS website answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Service is appaling!!!</p>
