Parcel not delivered one month after sending

I've mailed many items with EMS before, first time I'm having problems.

Mailed it just over a month ago. Tracking shows it's stuck in Johannesburg. No reason why, and I can't reach anybody on any of the phone numbers supp****.

I've emailed multiple times also without response.

Tracking number will be supp**** to EMS on request.
