Parcel Not delivered

<p>I have a parcel that was meant to be delivered by EMS and its the second time they say unsuccsesful delivery because their drivers come and park at the gate and dont call at the intercom or my cell because they do not have authority to do that.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is bad service, am i suppose to wait at the gate the whole day to wait for them to deliver my item.</p> <p> </p> <p>Works f..ken service ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>Close shop you are in the wrong industry</p>
