Parcel Late/No Delivery - No response - Waiting 4h

I was advise telephonically to collect my parcel in JetPark Johannesburg in Griffith and jones road at the Post Office and EMS couriers. <br> When I got their only 2 people helping clients. When I got to the front the lady told me she will collect my parcel. I waited 2hours without her coming back again. <br> At one stage their were no consultant at reception to help clients for over an hour. The system does not work their she can't find my parcel. For a courier service I am not impresses especially EMS. <br> There are suppose to be a system to find my parcel. When I call the help line they assure me the parcel is their. Everyone that collected a parcel was about to start a riot because of the lack of service and parcels that can't be located with minimum staff that does not really care. I was suppose to use the content of my parcel and need it urgently. I want answers and let someone tell me where it is RI ***za. <br> I have photo images of the lack of service to show if you need further proof. <br> Unexpectable if you run a business. <br>
