Over charging, stupid, Not answering phones, Bad communication, bad service

<p>To begin with I just want to say EMS Couriers is the worst company in this world they NEVER answer theIr phones you can phone 300 times a day there is no answer. I had a parcel send to me from US and the parcel was send from the US to Sout-Africa in 3 days now its at EMS Jbh for 2 weeks no one updates you on your parcel and like i said they dont believe in phones. They charged me R3000 for a pacrel i didnt even pay anything close to that for the parcel how is this possible? I phoned them today and asked if the parcel is still there and can my finace come pick it up they said yes they will keep it here my fiance drove 50km to EMS offices in Jhb and when he got there they told him Oh no the parcel was send to Centurion this morning the people working there is uncompatant with no PR s****s at all I think my dog will do a better job. EMS is the wort courier in this world i will NEVER use them again </p>
