Over charging and not answering the phone.

<p>I collected an EMS parcel valued 1600 yen Rand value R215,85 from the Linden post office 27 July. Manifest number ********** 77. I was charged 1679.72 in vat. I was told if I don't pay I can't have my parcel as it would be sent back to reassess and I would only get it maybe in 3 weeks. I tried to call but was constantly cut off after holding for more than ten minutes each time. I needed my parcel and was forced to pay. </p>
