None Delivery

My brother sent a parcel from overseas since 3 weeks ago and the item have not yet been delivered. When I check on tracking, it just says no delivery and advice to pick up the item but does not say where to pick up my item and i have been calling EMS but no answers ever since. BAD BAD service.
