NON DELIVERY OF GOODS

I ordered clothing from the US in October 2014. I have a tracking number and the goods have been located with EMS. They have had the goods since mid November 2014. I have tried to contact there toll free number, but with no avail. Nobody answers the call. I have used there email contact supp**** on their website [URL Removed] but once again no response.<br> <br> The US company have also tried to make contact with EMS but no reply.<br> <br> I feel that if this service is operating they have the responsibility of delivering my goods.<br> <br> Annoyed client!<br> <br>
