No response on any channel for package stuck at customs

I tried calling (probably about 20 times for the last two days), left emails and no response. Calls get disconnected at around 3 minutes and 20 seconds on 27 11 ********** and there is nothing descriptive as to what is required from me to get my package from customs. Tracking it online says it is at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) and that the package is being withheld. Calling SAPO on ***yields a similar result, only difference is no disconnection after 20 minutes. My day job is now on the phone waiting for a response...
