No parcel 3 months later

<p>Parcel arrived at EMS JHB 7 March 2017.</p> <p>Today 15 June 2017 parcel cant be tracked in Cape Town & I cannot get hold of JHB for months! What nonsense is that?????</p> <p>Where is my parcel & what the heck are these people doing?</p>
