No Delivery by Post Office - Sitting with JIMC A

I sent a registered post on 31st of Jan to India and until today 17th of Feb, my mail is sitting at JIMC A which is Johannesburg mail centre at the airport. Tried phoning post office took long to respond and I was referred to EMS. I am not sure my mail is taking far too long to be delivered.
