Missing parcel - Atrocious service

<p>My parcel was sent for re-assessment by Randburg West post office on the 01/03/2017 and over a month later, no updates on the EMS tracking website and parcel has not been sent back to the post office. They never answer their phones on ********** 039 / 40. I'm getting married soon and I need my wedding dress :-(. How this company is allowed to operate beggars belief I tell you. </p>
