Lost package

I have sent my daughter a parcel from south africa on the 15th December 2021 i was charged for fast courier instead of R440 price i was charged R580 my package was not dwlivered but it reached deatination post office in france when i tracked they said it was attempt delivery suddenly cancelled and now said its lost they not trusted company they ***** from us parcel and charges i will post this every media
