Johannesburg International Mail Centre (JIMC)

<p>I have been trying to get an updates status on 2 packages that arrived at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre (JIMC) on 16/11/2016. They take ages to answer a call and are not helpful. I have sent numerous email to try get some feedback but their response is always the same. They keep saying the the parcels are awaiting for clearence from customs. When I try to get more information regarding the matter, all they say is that there is a backlog and they dont know when this will be recitifed.</p> <p>The person that keep giving me same answer is Shadi Motshoane with email address - ********** <p> </p> <p>Please give me urgent feedback on the to Package numbers below as according the Customs website, processing shoud not take more than 48 hours. Its been 13 days already and no updates.</p> <p>RI ********** 88CN.</p> <p> RI ********** 88CN</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The service levels of this company are terrible and they should not be conducting business.</p>
