How are they still in business?

<p>Having a package delivered by these guys is as miraculous as an honest politician. They claim to have failed a delivery to my work address, this is 100% unlikely as the office is manned during business hours. Attempting to arrange another delivery or pick up seems to be impossible, 40mins+ waiting times on the call centre, with agents that cannot do anything to help the situation. My package has now been with them for 30 days… they as a courier company simply can’t deliver it. How these guys are even still a business is beyond me.</p>
