Horror Show - don't use!!

Are there any words to describe the shocking service? If I didn't know any better I would assume they are a **** company. It's been over 5 weeks since they got their *********** hands on my parcel, and it's nowhere to be seen, with no tracking updates for a month. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, and they hold their customers at ransom. It takes a lot for me to get so angry, but I have had enough of being ignored. I wonder when it would become appropriate to accuse them of theft, since they are holding onto my property with no communication or hope in sight. Ridiculous!!
