Expedited Mail Service South Africa WORST SERVICE!

My parcel was sent from customs on the 19th of November 2015 ***, since then I have been communicating with Expedited Mail Service South Africa. Its either they do not answer the phone or advise me that they are short staffed and my parcel will be delivered late. <br> <br> When I enquired about collecting it the next day, I was advised that my parcel has been packed for delivery therefore it will take 2 hours to locate or by the time I get there it might be sent off for delivery, HOW CONVENIENT!<br> <br> Expedited Mail Service South Africa please can I have my parcel!
