Excellent Customer Service!

<p>EMS is notorious for bad service. I have had a brilliant experience with a lady from customer services called Phillipine Ramashetsa, She always answers queries, and I have had a few queries now, and she always comes to the resque. Phillipine is an absolute superstar! If only everyone could take a leaf out of her book, this lady KNOWS what customer service is all about!
