EMS will never see my business again

I sent a package to America recently. It was supposed to take 5 - 7 days, but after more than 14 days we could not even track the package. On their tracking website they expect you to download an app that looks pretty much like a virus/****. I will never use this company again and wish to warn others to reconsider before they make use of them. In my view EMS sucks.
