EMS South Africa terrible service

I am extremely unhappy with the service!!!! My parcel was posted on the 16th June from the United States and it arrived in Johannesburg on the 20th June. On the 21st June the tracking status showed that it was in transit to my address. Today 6th July I still haven't received my parcel!!!! I called EMS South Africa on Wednesday the 3rd July and was told that the parcel was return to the office in Jet Park (I have no idea why). The consultant who assisted me sent a mail to the relevant people to re-deliver but non of them are responding to the mail and i still haven't received my parcel!!!
