EMS South Africa a ****

I sent a Christmas parcel to my son in Germany via the local Post Office. I used EMS as I was lead to believe that they are a better option. I paid R640 for this privilege. More than double what I would have paid for normal mail. Parcel was sent in November, it is now January and my five year old kid did not get his Christmas presents. No explanation, and no contact details. The company is totally grey, with no contactable telephone numbers. The numbers they list on their website are for SA Post Office, DHL etc., not theirs. I believe this is a **** and that these people should be arrested. And those in the South African Post Office that promote this phony service should also be prosecuted and their motives examined.
