EMS is Uselss

My package that i ordered from Germany arrived a week ago, it only got delivered yesterday buy a very rude courier named Patrick, he did not call me to inform me that they were delivering my order, luckily i had someone at home, the courier got angry with them, because i was not there. and he had to be somewhere else. When i got there, i asked the rude Man why he didnt call, he informed me that my number was not on the package, when i checked the waiver which was attached to the package, i saw that my number is on all the copies. there was also a charge of R1290 luckily i called EMS last friday and the lady informed me on how much i have to pay. if i had never called, i would not of known. as they never once called me. <br> <br> i still have not received my second part of the package which was sent at the same time. and i have been trying to call all numbers to find out what is happening. <br> ***, ***, *** i have been trying these numbers all day and still no answer, all i hear is thank you for your patients all our agents are currently busy. <br> <br> I have never had to deal with such *********** people in all my life.
