EMS COURIERS THE SILENT SERVICE

<p>We have a parcel send from China on the 7th April 2017 from China, the parcel was scanned at JHB on the 12 April 2017, As we are in Bloemfontein we understand that due to Easter holidays maybe there could be some delays in receiving the parcel on time. On the 18 April 2017 when we checked the movement of the parcel ,it has the status of HELD IN CUSTOMS FOR INSPECTION, how long an inspection take on a parcel? We called their numbers listed ********** /7/8/9/10 no response you only get recorded message from a very tired lady telling you " we are currently experiencing high call volume please be patient your call will be attended very shortly" . I called Post Office Bloemfontein customer service helped by a very nice gentlemen Lawrence who copied me the email he send to their customer service and to the lady called Martha no response. He also cannot get the response from the same numbers. Think again before using their service. Even today 21 April 2017 the parcel is still in customs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Puleng</p>
