EMS Couriers - No delivery, no response

I am disgusted by the complete lack of service by EMS Couriers. I received an sms on on 13 July informing me that my parcel has been received in the country, tracking no EA***CN. I have dealt with many other courier companies, and they usually phone you when they arrive at your house. EMS never arrived, never phoned. When checking their website, I see that there was attempted delivery at my house on 20 July? They never pitched. I also did not get any further follow up phone calls from EMS. It is simply impossible to phone the call centre, nobody answers! My emails remain unanswered. Up to date my parcel is undelivered.
