Ems courier servise at your own ris****!

[18/02 08:19] baba vaChris: Holy *** [21/02 21:16] baba vaChris: On the 18th of June last year (2019) i posted my Autel Mk808 motor vehicle diagnostic tablet using the Goodwood Ems courier to China. I clearly labled the the destination adress on my parcel . Their price started from R 200 and I chose the expensive servise plan as it was said to be the fastest and paid R1184

I was given a receipt that had my tracking number on it . I tried tracking the parcel and it only gave me a mesege that said the parcel departed from the sending office.

I couldn't get enough information about my parcel using the tracking number that I was issued with therefore I went back to the sending office to enquire. Thats the time I was told that the tracking number i was given was wrong. Some said it was last used years back.

I suggest enough training should be given to their staff as they seem not to know as well as updating them on any changes to avoid slight mistakes that costs a fortune to customers.

I have been driving every week to and from Post office trying to hear about my parcel . This is costing me on fuel and time not mentioning how much Im loosing because of the huge delay on my diagonostic tablet.

It's not easy to get employment, i then decided to work for myself and that tablet provided me with over 90% of the work that's why I thought trusting EMS in handling it was a good Idea. I regreat using their services. That diagonostic tablet is worthy its weight in gold to me and my family. I have attached all the diagonostic receipts with the nessesary documents from Ems and handed over to their so called customer services dep in October . Nothing has been done to replace or refund it. And no one has answers . I dont know if they ever value people's parcels and time as well . I think the head of their customer service is uneducated if not selfish or maybe they will need to use their pocket money to replace or refund company mistakes.

I honestly think these guys are in the wrong bussiness, they Must try a recycling company and go around picking up empty boxes and plastic bags from focused courier companies. Not promoting any courier company here but according to my experience with Ems one has to use it only if there is absolutely nothing else to use . This is a last resort. Whoever is reading is privileged to share and advice friends and family ever not to use Ems. Or use it and expect the surprise.
