EMS Courier refuse to correct delivery address once parcel has been sent - DO NOT USE EMS COURIERS

<p>A parcel was sent from EMS Courier South Africa to Hong Kong.</p> <p>The delivery address was incorrectly stated.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we requested that the delivery address be corrected; EMS were only willing to respond with the date that the parcel left South Africa. They did not correct the address and cannot be contacted via phone to help them understand the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the parcel is stuck in Hong Kong and can't be moved, becuase EMS HK can't update the delivery address without refernce from SA EMS branch.</p>
