EMS COURIER--NO SECOND CHANCES!!!!!!

GOOD DAY, I was recommended to use EMS couriers by the SA POST OFFICE official in Cape Town whom I dealt with and handed over a parcel to her on 23 MARCH 2020----for transit to london. Today is --28 May 2020 ... for which I have a receipt and paid R959.00 for the courier. Parcel no EE 060.......601ZA To date -28TH MAY .. it has not arrived in LONDON at the destination. No one answers the call centre nor my e mails. The recipient needed the contents urgently. I shall not use EMS AGAIN ! they can1t deliver a parcel sent before lockdown!!! in the reasonable time of say approx 7 days.
