EMS Courier no faster than regular 'snailmail'

A parcel sent from Australia on the !st May at a cost of AUDollar 88 was supposed to take 3 days but took 11 days.(the item reached JHB on the 7th but then took a further 4 days to reach Fishhoek in CapeTown.)<br> The company claim to deliver doortodoor unless SARS duty id payable on the item in which case an item is simply treated as a normal post office parcel item
