I paid the SA Post Office R546.00 on 9 November to have a very urgent parcel sent to Fort Lauderdale via EMS. I was told told the parcel would reach its destination on the 13th November. Today is the 20th already and still no sign of the parcel!!! This is exploitation at its worst! I am so disappointed and frustrated. The telephone numbers given on their website have voice mail saying my call is important that I must hold on until .......! Eventually the line is cut off. I send emails but no one bothers to respond ! Taking my money but do not deliver. What is this ??? No stars from me.
