Does anybody work at EMS? Or have they all taken leave?

I am trying to track an important legal letter I sent internationally last week and paid a lot of money for. I was told it would take about 3 business days to reach it's destination. But I have a number of issues with EMS. 1) I had to go to 3 post offices before I eventually found one that had stock of EMS waybills. 2) Now I am trying to track it but the website printed on the waybill does not exist. 3) When I eventually found another EMS website and entered the tracking number, it only tells me that it was posted - nothing more about where it is currently. What is the point of that? I know it was posted!!!! Where is it now? 4) Then, I tried to call the customer care line and the tracking offices on all of the following numbers ********** 50, ********** 718, ********** 993, ********** 006, ********** 007 and ********** 009 and ********** 000... REPEATEDLY!!! It immediately goes to "We are experiencing high call volumes." and that for the last TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! 5) I emailed their customer services and I'll admit that that was just under an hour ago but at this rate, I have very little faith in EMS in general.
