Disappointing service

I have been awaiting a parcel from China. The flow from China to Johannesburg was very smooth, not until it got into the *********** hands of our EMS & Post Office hands. It's over a month since the parcel arrived at Johannesburg. <br> <br> It was sent to Vincent on the 6th of February, I went there numerous times and they told me they never had this parcel despite the tracking information I had printed off their system. Everyone seemed confused as if they are being trained for a new job.<br> <br> I have tried to call all numbers listed on their website, and after holding for over 30minutes a call, it hangs up. I have emailed 4 different addresses but to no avail. What has happened to good customer service? you might as well not have any contact details. <br> I have finally sent Globe Flight East London to try and collect the parcel on my behalf. This costs me money, yet I had paid full delivery to East London. <br> <br> Very disappointed with your service. Good people out there, rather not use EMS, Post Office.
