Detention Notice

I ordered a parcel from china and when it reached South Africa, i tracked it and it showed Detention Notice, since it was my first time seeing this, i tried contacting customer service of EMS and i sat on hold for a very long time and eventually being cut. I emailed them to no response, i did a little more research and i emailed my proof of purchase to ********** and i still haven't gotten a response. I would not advise anyone to use this courier service.
