Delivered Status but haven't received package

Hi, on the 13/01/2026 I placed a order and on the 28/01/2026 my tracking status show "Delivered" after "Arrived at sorting and distribution center" but never received any communication regarding my order that it's out for delivery, no phone call no sms nothing and it's been 3 months now yet haven't received anything and no communication from them at all. They don't respond to emails and trying to get hold of them is a nightmare and has become a very frustrating process to find where the package could have been delivered to or which Post Office and they not much help either. I have exhausted all options since then to try and find it.

On countless emails to Shipper's their response have been very poor and terrible to help with finding my package as all they can see it was delivered and it was signed for, which is concerning as I never received it but can't seem to see where it was delivered to.

If I could give them no star I would as EMS courier is the WORSE and would not recommend at all.
