Customer Service

<p>The Customer Servce centers with EMS is terrible. i had called all the number listed on their waybills and called in Speed Delivery who assisted me with a number to call, but no one picks up or they hangup. </p> <p>The service is super **** and seriously need to get it together and answer the phones when people call please. Its really not that hard. </p> <p>Iv called Cape Town, Durban and Joburg and no one answers !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Not happy at all. </p>
