Cannot assist customers

<p>I am trying to get hold of someone at EMS couriers since the 8th of August. They do not answer any phones, it only costs you a bunch of money trying to phone them as a machine answers and keep on telling you they will eventually answer you must just be patient. Just to end the call in a short while afterwards. I have a parcel that is at there Johannesburg offices that I do need urgently, but I cannot arrange to have the customs paid and that someone goes and pick it up by them. They are unavailable to customers so I cannot understand why people do use them. If I knew better beforehand they would be the last companie that I would use.</p>
