Can't find my package, can't contact them.

I ordered a package from Japan, it took two weeks to get from Japan to Johannesburg. It then took a further two weeks to get from Johannesburg to Durban. (Supposedly). <br> <br> The tracking information claims that they attempted a delivery, however the day and time they attempted it, we were are home. So that didn't happen. (They also should have my mobile number and I never go any calls).<br> <br> I've attempted to contact them now for the last week. I've tried to email (no response), phone the call centre (eternal waiting for a consultant to become available), their Durban office numbers (either \busy"or no answer).<br> <br> Honestly I'm not sure I've ever had to deal with customer service THIS terrible.
