bad service no delivery

we have ordered spares from korea it has been to ems at jhb int arrived theres 8/8/2018 and we paid extra for speed services RE ********** 29KR this is the worst service I have ever come across no response to emails no answering of phones how do this company survive with a service like this please if anyone can assist with a number that we can get through to How long is this peoples back lock ive seen posts in 2010 with strikes and the same excuse as now
