Bad Service delivery

<p>I have ordered a package 2 months ago from oversees. The parcel was receiced last month already and went to customs and were received back 2 weeks ago at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). I am tracking the package every day but it hasn't moved for nearly 2 weeks. I tried phoning them, but the phone rings for an hour without anyone picking up. I mailed them but nobody replies to the mails either. Their customer survice in non-existant. The worst service I've ever experienced. </p>
