BAD EMS COURIER SERVICES !!

I never knew that tracking an incoming international parcel would be so difficult, i am frustrated and i am losing Bussiness due to EMS couriers.

I ordered my herbal teas early last month and they got shipped immediately within month of September.

Within no time parcel reached Johannesburg and thats where i lost tracking of it , i have been calling Mail International Centre for over 15 days all their 8 contact numbers were never picked up. Till today i don't even know where is my parcel i even tried to change the adress to try and collect it in Johannesburg and China EMS said its due to poor services done by South African post office. I paid R3000 for courier but still that did not help me.

I am pleading you EMS to give me my parcel.
