Appalling service

<p>I don't understand whether the people in management positions are aware of what's happening at their Jhb offices. Why have a landline number if no one's going to answer it. I've called over a million times and none of my phonecalls have been answered.</p> <p> </p> <p>The thought of your bad customer service makes me literally want to puke... WHAT DO YOU GET PAID TO DO IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO ANSWER OUR CALLS OR DELIVER OUR PACKAGES???</p> <p> </p> <p>My parcel from China arrived over a month ago and the status just says "customs", I'm in desperate need of it please!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It's about time that something was done about your service, it's disgusting!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
