Appalling service
<p>Hello, </p> <p>So I shipped a parcel from China to my place of business and its been 15 days since it CLEARED customs and its still not there ( calling a callcentre does not work as after 3 min they end the call automatically ) Im on my 5th email request and still no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next time i will use DHL or Similar service and i will dissuade my friends from ever using EMS again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Lee</p>
