Another captured, state-captured enterprise

I want my parcel to be delivered. I will pick it up if I must but you will not rob me, or not provide delivery of this parcel. I enter the tracking number on your ContactUs page and it conveniently says "Please enter a valid tracking number". Of course I entered the tracking number correctly and furthermore your phones to Johannesburg International Mail Centre just goes nowhere to call volume or more likely just do not get answered!
