3 Weeks in Customs (No processing)

I have been checking my parcel tracking site for the past 3 weeks and no processing has happened.

Is my package lost/******/damaged???

What can the reason be for this delay?

I have been phoning and email anyone and everyone, but still I am to receive a response or get through to someone that can assist.

Very disapointed.
