3 MONTHS MY PRODUCT HAS NOT ARRIVED NO CALLS NOTHN

I am so not impressed with EMS couriers. Its been 2/3 months now hvng shipped a product that i paid alot of money for early shipping delivery. I am actually disgusted that no one has even called to give me my product that i have purchased. When i try to track it it says it is in joganesburg since 29th of January. What is it doing there for over a month!??? Huh??? Nxa. I am never using this service.
