3 months and i am still awaiting my package

Good day,<br> I have not yet received my package which was shipped in November 2014 from Frankfurt, Germany. The package eventually arrived in South Africa in December and logged by the JIMC as per the reference number provided to me by the international shipper.<br> I have been monitoring the system for months to determine when my package would arrive, on the 13th Feb, it indicates that they tried to deliver the package however it was no collected. this was incorrect. firstly I was not even notified about the package. secondly it was supposed to have been delivered to my local post offce. <br> <br> I see on the tracking system that it has been sent back to the JIMC.<br> I would like to know which year I can expect to receive my package. This is extremely frustrating service.<br> <br> I have also tried on numerous occasions to call the numbers provided on the web. the jhb branch *** as well as the ***however no one answers yet the prerecorded message says the consultants are busy and your calls are very important to them. this is bull as I can guarantee there is no one manning the phones. I have even sent emails, but once again no one responds. <br> <br> When can I expect my parcel!!!!
