I have a funeral policy with this company, which was formerly Stagen. I submitted a claim on the 19th September 2025; to date, my payment has not reflected in my account. The funeral has passed, and nothing has come through on my end. I don't know what to do anymore to get my money from these people after having a funeral policy with them for more than 10 years without any default premiums.
