Good Morning South Africans I hope you are doing well in the morning. My name is Sphamandla Mxolisi Nkabinde with the following ID number *** I want to share some very bad news about this company called Empowerfin or Samwu Stangen whatever they call themselves. I want to urge all the customers who have invested or have business with them to withdraw everything that you put there because this people are ****ners and ******. You will never get anything that you put there. It's start with their agents tjry they will never contact you or get back to you if you have a query or a Claim. I have been their client for more than 5 years now and I requested a paid up letter with for the salary advance I took in February on my surprised they still told me that I am still owing them money while I started to pay it from April and the last payment was on July but they insisting that I am owing them. Can you please South Africans don't involve yourself with this company because you will cry I am trying to get them out of my payslip but they don't want to get out they are ****ming me my money now. This company are ****ming people their hard earned money. They are the insurance company which will promise you heaven earth but only to find out that you are doomed and they will never want to go out of your payslip so I am urging people don't ever involve yourself with because there is no communication that you receive from them even if call no one will pick up your phone call. My contact details are as follows ***. As you that I am being ****med by them so I am busy with legal actions to them to court. Thanks Sphamandla

To Whom It May Concern, My name is Nika Thomas Meyer, ID Number ***.I hold a funeral policy with Empowerfin. On 15 May 2024, I sent an email requesting that two family members be added to the policy. To date, I have not received any feedback or confirmation regarding this request. I have since taken out a policy with Sanlam. I therefore request that my policy with Empowerfin be cancelled with immediate effect.Kindly confirm the cancellation in email at your earliest convenience. Empower Fin is a ****en ****, i signed up on the 30 of November and cancelled on the 3 December but i was still charged R207 for services i didn't use, i advise people not to join this ******* company!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
